Dan Warren has been involved in luxury home construction and real estate investments since 1985. His expertise is in real estate acquisition, design, engineering, development, luxury home design, construction management, HOA and architectural design board management. It has always been his goal to provide clients with a team of professionals who will complete projects on time, in a cost-effective manner and with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. Since that time Dan has started and managed more then a dozen companies, built in excess of 500 luxury homes, refurbished 100’s of bank foreclosed properties, worked on more then 1500 private residential and commercial jobs, and has been involved in the acquisition and development of over 9800 residential building lots encompassing over 3300 acres. Dan is a self motivated entrepreneur who’s success is due to his keen attention to detail and his ability to manage multiple people and projects.
