Since 1996, Dan has been involved in the purchase and development of some of Arizona’s most successful subdivisions. He specialized in overall land acquisition, development, engineering, and infrastructure construction. He also handled the overall startup and management of HOA’s. He was the Managing Director of several Architectural Design Review Boards. Dan has been involved in the development of the subdivisions known as Vista del Corazon, The Pecans, Montana Dorada, Copper Basin, Superstition Mountain, Gold Canyon East, Silverdale Ranch, Hieroglyphic Trails, Bonanza Ranch, Vista Point, Sunscape, and Sleepy Hollow Trails.
Over the last 25 years, Dan has successfully managed several companies organized to purchased distressed and bank owned properties, renovate them, and then send them off to Stacey, a Real Estate Agent for 25 years in two states, who would either sell them as beautiful remodeled homes or to a qualified renter. 100’s of homes were purchased and sold.
Distressed homes were not Dan's only focus; He has a remarkable reputation as a contractor since 1985, and has completed over 1500 private construction jobs, both residential and commercial.
A turn of the century cattle ranch high up in the Gila National Forest of New Mexico, Dan saw the immense potential in this 135 acre parcel of land with the Tularosa River running through it. There were old Native American Indian ruins all over the property. A very unique property for New Mexico. The old adobe ranch house, along with it’s many outbuildings, were painfully run down, and falling down, but Dan went directly to work. Restoring and rehabilitating an adobe structure is no easy task. Outbuildings were modernized. We purchased cattle and got a good size herd going. Eagle Tree Ranch was sold as a strong, modern, prosperous working cattle ranch. Take a look at the end result!

A property that was homesteaded before Arizona became a state, this ranch house was the first home built on this area. Located in the small town of Alpine in the White Mountains. In desperate need of renovation, Dan and Stacey purchased this ranch in 1999 as a summer retreat and project, and they went to work. Taking the house down to the timbers, updating, adding some small additions and a lovely wrap around porch to catch the awesome mountain views, updated the outbuildings, adding a guest house, and caring for the grounds, “Elk Meadow Ranch” has now become a beautiful destination for many out of towners who want to experience the wilderness and wildlife of the Apache National Forest.
